My newspaper column on driving laws, Steering You Right (additional articles available here), was published for 14 years in the Montréal Gazette newspaper and is currently featured Canada wide in Canadian Driver magazine. I know so much about the topic that I wrote the book on it. It's called Steering You Right Greatest Stories and is available at Chapters, Coles, and Indigo stores.

My law firm, Charness Charness & Charness, was established in 1925 by my grandfather and is one of Canada's oldest law firms. My father Gerald N.F. Charness and current senior partner was a former deputy mayor of Montréal and was awarded the Queens Silver Jubilee medal.
